## What TokenWatch Does

TokenWatch captures AI coding tool usage at the session level and attributes it to a specific developer, project, and client. Agencies on fixed-price contracts can use this data to add a defensible AI cost line item to client invoices.

## How Attribution Works

TokenWatch uses the git remote URL to identify the project automatically. Developer identity is resolved from git config user.email. Every AI session is mapped to a developer, project, and client without manual tagging.

$99/month per agency. Founding Plan — locked for life for early customers.

## Setup

Run `npx @tokenwatch/cli init` once per repo. After that, tracking is automatic.
